That’s why he set out with a simple mission: to revolutionize the home-buying experience by putting customers first. Chase Strait

Founder and Home Buying Expert

After years of experience in customer service, Chase developed a strong interest in real estate and took his first step by working for a mortgage company. While working there, his passion for the industry was truly ignited and inspired him to explore more opportunities. He was then introduced to a home-buying company where he quickly learned that through this business, he can utilize two of his biggest strengths: making people happy and “running numbers”.

Chase made his dream of owning his own business a reality in 2024 after gaining extensive industry and market knowledge.

Akilah Taylor

Operations Manager

Akilah’s journey to becoming an Operations Manager is built on years of hands-on experience in nurturing and managing complex environments. Having spent many years working as a nanny for various families, the experience she gained in the childcare industry taught her how to problem-solve on the fly. Keeping clients—whether parents or children—happy and well cared for.

Now, Akilah brings her rich skill set to the home-buying industry as an Operations Manager. Akilah excels in creating efficient workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring seamless customer service. Her background in managing expectations, solving problems creatively, and providing calm in stressful situations makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

​

When given free time, she is spending it outdoors – enjoying nature with her pups!

Andrew Strait

Acquisition Specialist

Andrew graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently completing his Master’s in the same field. His educational journey has not only equipped him with technical expertise but also a problem-solving mindset that he applies to every challenge.

In addition to his academic achievements, Andrew's leadership skills were honed during his four years as a college soccer player. Serving as Captain during his Junior and Senior years, he learned how to manage high-pressure situations, work as part of a team, and motivate others to succeed.

​

Andrew has always had a keen interest in real estate, and it was this passion combined with his drive to help others that led him to pursue a career in this field. His commitment to making a difference in people’s lives and valuable insights in real estate, makes him a perfect fit for his current role.

Andrew is excited to continue growth in the real estate industry and to make a positive impact every day.
