How can you make an offer without first coming to my property?
Our process involves an initial phone conversation, where we ask a series of in-dpeth questions about the property. We trust the information given to us and make an offer accordingly. Once the property is under agreement, we will send a member of our team out to the property to take photos to verify the information and condition given to us.
Do you offer fair prices for the properties purchased?
Yes, we absolutely do. Our company policy is to purchase homes in the current condition, as-is, with cash and without needing repairs or renovations done prior to closing. Additionally, there are no agent fees or hidden expenses involved in the offer or transaction, and we have multiple creative exit strategies to ensure the best solution possible.

How long does it take to sell my house?
We strive to understand and accommodate each homeowners unique situation. The timeline for closing on your home is flexible, and depends on your needs/wants. We can close as fast or slow as you need, it is all up to you! We move on your timeline, offer tailor-fit solutions and have a track record of successfully handling any situation presented to us.
Are there any fees working with you?
When you sell your house to us, there are no commission fees or any other hidden fees. Our offer is what you receive, minus any liens, unpaid taxes or mortgage remaining on the property. Additionally, we cover all closing costs as well.
How do you determine the price to offer on my property?
To determine the offer price that we give we you for your home, we consider various factors such as its location, the condition of the property, bedroom/bathroom count, and square footage/acreage of the property. Our Finance Team will also evaluate the comparable sales in the area to arrive at a fair value.
How and when will I get paid?
We utilize a licensed, third party title company and closing attorney to ensure a lawful and equitable sale. Your proceeds will be wired to the closing attorney, and, upon closing, the closing attorney will either wire the funds directly to your bank, or mail a check, whichever option you opt to receive.
